We enjoy creating solutions for the problems often experienced when purchasing, wearing, and caring for your handmade jewelry. Here are 4 examples:
1 - When Sunshine observed new moms not wearing jewelry out of fear it would be broken, she began creating ‘child-proof’ unbreakable wire-wrapped necklaces, bracelets, and anklets. When customers kept bringing their lanyards (purchased elsewhere) for Sunshine to repair, she decided to design her ‘convertible’ non-break designs.
2 - Because of her love for copper jewelry but watching it turn her skin ‘green,’ Sunshine’s husband, Richard, began searching for a durable sealing process for their signature metal designs, and the process they discovered led to their ‘non-tarnish’ pieces. All the wire used in our handmade jewelry designs have a tarnish-resistant coating.
3 - When packaging each order, we include care and cleaning instructions.
4 - Our commitment to excellent customer service includes our 1-year-repair-or-replace guarantee on our craftsmanship.
